LA OMISI\u00d3N DE LA AUTORIDAD DE ACORDAR LAS PROMOCIONES Y ESCRITOS PRESENTADOS DURANTE LA TRAMITACI\u00d3N DEL JUICIO, NO EXIME A LAS PARTES DE IMPULSAR EL PROCEDIMIENTO A FIN DE QUE AQU\u00c9LLA NO OPERE (LEGISLACI\u00d3N DEL ESTADO DE JALISCO).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aun cuando es verdad que acordar las promociones y escritos presentados durante la tramitaci\u00f3n del juicio corresponde a la autoridad judicial, tambi\u00e9n lo es que si \u00e9sta es omisa, ello no exime a las partes de la obligaci\u00f3n de impulsar el procedimiento como corresponda, ya sea insistiendo en la solicitud o pidiendo el pronunciamiento respectivo, a fin de que no opere la caducidad de la instancia prevista en el art\u00edculo 29 Bis del C\u00f3digo de Procedimientos Civiles del Estado de Jalisco.
